Free return shipping is awarded in the cases we have sent the wrong item. In case the customer has ordered the wrong part/product the return shipping is paid by the customer. Packaging shall be of the same type and quality as the one the item was received in. Refund is sent as soon as we receive the item and can see that it is in the same condition as when sent. In case of shipping damage it shall be brought to the service point/courier's attention upon receiveing the shipment.
